BELL Alexander Harry

Born in 1982 and graduated in law with full marks and honors in 2007, in 2012 he obtained the title of PhD in Italian and comparative criminal law at the Doctoral School of the University of Milan, under the supervision of Prof. Francesco Viganò, now judge of the Constitutional Court.
In 2019, he founded with the lawyer Alfio Valsecchi the Bell-Valsecchi law firm, specializing in corporate criminal law, tax criminal law and environmental criminal law.
Author of a monograph on public safety and danger (Maggioli editore, 2015), he has published numerous contributions on environmental crimes, crimes relating to health and safety in the workplace, corporate crimes and tax crimes.
He has carried out teaching activities for the University of Milan, the University of Brescia and the Bocconi University.
He is chairman and member of the Supervisory Bodies of companies operating in the sectors of energy production and supply, the circular economy and environmental services, as well as in the banking and supplementary pension sectors.
