MASSARO Antonella

Antonella Massaro is Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the Department of Law of the University 'Roma Tre', where she holds the courses Criminal Law II, European Criminal Law, Law and Gender and Criminal Law in Cinema. She is director of the Advanced Training Course 'Penalty, Trial and Constitution' and is a member of the board of the Study Centre 'Prison Law and Constitution', directed by Prof. Marco Ruotolo. Her research topics include the crime of omission and culpable offence, end-of-life issues, and the determinacy of the penal norm.
