ACETO Aldo

Born in Pescara on 20/10/1963, he has been in the judiciary since 7 June 1989. After having carried out functions as a prosecutor, until 2008, and as a judge of merit, he has been a councillor of the Court of Cassation since 9 January 2014. Since entering the judiciary, he has dealt with urban and environmental offences (water, waste and atmospheric emissions) and is currently assigned to the third criminal section of the Court of Cassation, which is responsible for urban and environmental offences. He is the author of numerous articles published in national journals and of publications in collections; he has taken part, as a speaker, in numerous conferences and study meetings. He contributes to the magazine "Il Penalista", published on-line by Giuffrè-Lefebvre, and edits for the same magazine the commentary on the Code of Criminal Procedure, now in its fifth printed edition and updated on-line.
