Born in 1994, I graduated in Law at the University of Trento in July 2018, discussing a thesis in criminal law entitled "Illicit waste trafficking as a transnational crime: a comparison between the European Union and the United States", supervisor Prof. Gabriele Fornasari, vote 110/110 cum laude.
I did periods of study in the United States (Vermont Law School) and in Portugal (Universidade Nova de Lisboa), I attended the Bernado Clesio College.
From September 2015 to December 2017, I was a member of the board of Elsa (European Law Student Association), Trento Section.
I collaborate with Dike Giuridica Editrice.
I am currently carrying out the internship ex art. 73 D.L. 69/2013 at the Court of Appeal of Brescia, previously I practiced law.ARTICLES PUBLISHED ON THIS JOURNAL
