BOGA Victoria Allegra

In 2014 Victoria Allegra Boga attended a semester program at Singapore Management University.
Then she graduated cum laude in Law in 2016 at the Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan, with a dissertation in Criminal Law on money laundering (Supervisor Prof. F. Mucciarelli).
From 2016 to 2018, she collaborated with Studio legale associato Giannangeli Consulich as a trainee lawyer.
In 2017, she attended a Master’s course in criminal and procedural law at University of Milan and, from 2017 to 2018, she completed an internship at the Court of Milan, providing support to the judges of first degree in deciding cases and drafting judicial measures, under the Sixth Criminal Section (specialized in organized crimes) and the Seventh Civil Section (specialized in procurement contracts).
Since November 2018 she is a PhD Student at the University of Milan Bicocca in Criminal Law, spending a period of research at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg in 2020.
She is a registered lawyer at the Court of Milan since 2019
