Fabio Bozzeda graduated in Environmental Sciences (University of Bologna) in 2008 with a thesis on the production of a predatory selectivity index based on taxonomic distinctness (grade 92/110).
In 2013 she obtained her PhD in Environmental Sciences, during which she developed an artificial intelligence approach based on the joint use of fuzzy logic and Bayesian systems applied to the determination of the response of coastal ecosystems to extreme flooding events.
Until 2016 he worked on the development and implementation of an integrated decision support system for the physical and socio-economic management of coastal flooding events within the European project called Theseus.
From 2016 to present he works as a post-doctoral researcher in Chile at the Universidad Austral de Chile (Valdivia) within the international IDEAL project related to the Antarctic and subantarctic areas of America, specifically dealing with the integrated modelling of socio-ecological systems related to natural resources, applying artificial intelligence models to identify complex patterns including physical, ecological and socio-economic dynamics in contexts of climate change and high uncertainty in order to identify management strategies that can ensure the resilience of socio-ecological systems under the pressure of social and climate change (global change).ARTICLES PUBLISHED ON THIS JOURNAL
