DE SANTIS Giovanni

Confirmed researcher of Criminal Law (IUS/17) in the Department of Law of the University of Bergamo where he teaches Criminal Law of Economy and Labour.
Among other things, he has written for Giuffrè, Diritto penale dell'ambiente. Un'ipotesi sistematica (2012) and Gli effetti del tempo nel reato. A study between casuistry and dogmatics (2006). For Dike, Il nuovo volto del diritto penale dell'ambiente (2017).
He collaborates, for the criminal section, with the journal Responsabilità civile e previdenza. He is a member of the editorial board of the journal Archivio della nuova procedura penale.
