FASANI Fabio

He is Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Pavia, where he teaches Criminal Law and Regulatory Compliance. He is qualified as a full professor. He regularly lectures in post-graduate courses (doctorates, masters, specialisation schools) and in professional training courses.
He has published two monographs (Islamic Terrorism and Criminal Law, Cedam-WKI, 2016; The Extinction of Punishability, Giappichelli, 2024), a book of Criminal Law Cases (Giuffrè, 2024) and dozens of articles, contributions in volumes, encyclopaedic entries and notes to sentences published in the main criminal law journals.
He is a court-appointed lawyer and practises law in Milan, dealing, both in and out of court, with economic criminal law.
