GARGANI Alberto

Since 2006, he has been full professor of Criminal Law in the Department of Law of the University of Pisa. In 1997 he published a monograph, entitled “Dal corpus delicti al Tatbestand. The origins of criminal typicality "and in 2005 a monograph, entitled" The damage qualified by danger. Dogmatic and political-criminal profiles of crimes against public safety ". Co-editor of the journal "La legis penal", as well as a member of the scientific, management and reviewing committee of many Italian penal journals, from 2013 to 2015, he was a member of ministerial commissions for the reform of the criminal system: of the so-called "Palazzo commission", on the subject of the review of the sanctioning and decriminalization system and of the so-called “Caselli commission”, on the reform of the system of agro-food offenses.
