HELFERICH Federica

Federica Helferich (Florence, 1994) is a post-doctoral student at the University of Corsica where, since January 2024, she has been conducting a research project on environmental criminal law from a comparative perspective, under the supervision of Prof. André Giudicelli. In July 2023, he obtained his PhD in criminal law - Dr. juris in cotutela at the University of Florence and the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, with a thesis on the system of prevention and repression of money laundering in Italy and Germany (tutors Prof. Roberto Bartoli and Prof. Dr. Matthias Jahn). Her main research interests are environmental criminal law, economic criminal law, comparative criminal law and law and literature. Since 2021 she has been authorised to practise law.
