LIBERATI Giovanni

Born in Rome in 1963, Giovanni has been a magistrate since 1989.  After always working in merit offices, since 2015 he serves as a councillor at the Supreme Court of Cassation, assigned to the III Criminal Section.
From 2005 to 2008 he was a member of the Judicial Council of Turin and, from 2009 to 2012, a referent for the decentralised training of the Superior Council of the Magistracy and the Superior School of the Magistracy for the district of the Court of Appeal of Turin, for the civil sector.
He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and study and training meetings, organised by the Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura, the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura and the Ministry of Justice. Furthermore, he has also been a lecturer in civil law at the Fulvio Croce and Bruno Caccia School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions in Turin, where he was also a member of the Board of Governors until 2018.
