MELCHIONDA Alessandro

He is a full professor at the University of Trento, Faculty of Law, where he teaches criminal law and economic criminal law.
He is the author of numerous publications in various areas of criminal law, both general and special sections, with a particular focus on the area of corporate and economic criminal law.
He is a member of the scientific committee and referee of several international and Italian journals in the field of criminal law and regularly participates as a lecturer and speaker at conferences and study meetings, both in Italy and abroad.
He also works as a freelance lawyer and collaborates with several professional associations in training and refresher courses.
