MAINA Veronica

In 2017, she graduated in Law at the University of Milan Bicocca with a 110/110 grade, discussing a thesis on criminal law entitled "Methods to combat domestic violence" (supervisor Prof. Claudia Pecorella).
She has attended numerous training courses on violence against women and has volunteered at Lo Sportello Donna di Bresso (MI), an anti-violence centre run by the Associazione Mittatron Onlus.
Since November 2018 she has been a PhD student in criminal law at the University of Milan Bicocca.
Since January 2019 she has been collaborating with the Legal Desk of the II Casa di Reclusione di Milano - Bollate, providing free legal advice to inmates and female prisoners.
