NATALINI Aldo

An ordinary magistrate since 2009, he is currently working as a judge attached to the Court of Cassation's supremacy office. 
He has a PhD in criminal law of the economy and the environment, and is the author of numerous scientific publications (monographs, contributions to collective works, commentaries, encyclopaedic entries, notes to judgments) mainly on criminal and procedural law, published in national legal journals, including online.
He has carried out and continues to carry out numerous training activities on behalf of the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura (as speaker and expert trainer for national and territorial courses) as well as teaching activities in universities (Schools of Specialisation for the Legal Professions, master's degrees) and on behalf of law enforcement agencies and professional orders in the context of lifelong learning.
