O'LEARY Kevin

Kevin O’Leary is a solicitor with Cork County Council in Ireland. He has 20 years’ experience of advising on and prosecuting environmental and waste crime offences. Kevin also advises the southern region Waste Enforcement Regional Lead Authority in Ireland and has made presentations to the Network for Ireland’s Environmental Compliance and Enforcement (NIECE) on waste crime prosecutions.
