ROLFI Emma

Born in 1997, in October 2021 she graduated in Law with a mark of 110 summa cum laude at the University of Brescia, discussing, with Prof. Luca Mario Masera, a thesis in criminal law entitled thesis in criminal law entitled 'The criminal repression of hate speech in Italy and France'.
In 2019, during his studies, he participated in the Erasmus+ project and carried out a study period abroad at the Université I Capitole in Toulouse. In 2021, she carries out a research period for the writing of her thesis at the Centre de Recherches et d'Etudes sur les Droits Fondamentaux in Nanterre, Paris.
Since November 2021, she has been a member of the Bar Association of Brescia.
Since April 2023, she has been the recipient of a Research Fellowship for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the NEXT GENERATION UPP project
