SCIACCA Anna

Born in Acireale (CT) in 1996, she received her law degree from the University of Trento in September 2020, with highest honors, discussing a thesis in criminal procedure entitled "Criminal prosecution. Italian and English systems compared".
From October 2020 to July 2022 she did an internship in a Law Firm, dealing mainly with criminal law, and she passed the bar exam in September 2023. 
From October 2021 to April 2023, she interned at the Third Criminal Section of the Supreme Court of Cassation. 
She is currently a PhD student in criminal law at the University of Milan-Bicocca and is working on issues related to environmental criminal law, under the supervision of Prof. Carlo Ruga Riva. 
Since 2022 she has been a member of the editorial staff of Lexambiente.
