OMODEI Riccardo Ercole

Fixed-term researcher in criminal law at the University of Palermo, where he teaches international, comparative and European criminal law at the Law degree course and criminal and penitentiary law at the Social Service degree course.
He is the author of various articles and essays published in the main legal journals in the field of criminal law.
His main areas of research are: the criminal protection of cultural heritage, combating illegal waste trafficking, organised crime and medical liability.
