LOSENGO Roberto

Founding partner of "Losengo Soliani Studio Legale Associato", which operates in the field of corporate criminal law, he has gained extensive experience in assisting Italian and multinational companies in criminal proceedings related to production and industrial cycles, with particular regard to environmental offences under the Criminal Code and special criminal laws, as well as the liability of legal persons under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He is a member of the Environment Commission of the Milan Bar Association, with which he organises the annual Forensic Training Course in Environmental Law, and lectures thereon.
He is a member of the Scientific Committee of Lexambiente - Rivista di Diritto Penale dell'Ambiente and of the Editorial Committee of Rivista Giuridica dell'Ambiente.
He is the author of numerous publications in specialist journals and acts as a speaker and lecturer at conferences and seminars in collaboration with the Criminal Chamber of Milan, the Milan Bar Association, the Metropolitan City of Milan, ARPA Lombardia, universities and other public and private institutions.
